Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Site Engineer / Civil Engineer to oversee interior and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution, material handling, labor coordination, and quality assurance. You will be responsible for day-to-day site supervision, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site execution of interior and civil works as per design and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients for timely project delivery
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain documentation
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
• Verify measurements and bills from vendors/labor teams
• Handle procurement and inventory of materials at the site
• Attend client meetings and provide project updates
• Resolve technical issues and suggest improvements on-site

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering and interior finishing works
• Ability to read drawings and execute work accordingly
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and site reporting tools
• Problem-solving and leadership abilities
• Willingness to travel to different project sites in Pune and nearby areas

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 1-3 years of experience in site execution (interior/civil projects preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Duties:
• Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner

Tele-Calling:

You will be responsible for translating client requirements into innovative and functional designs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Meet clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget
• Create detailed interior layouts, mood boards, and 2D/3D design presentations
